Ingredients



1 pound lean ground beef


1 teaspoon minced garlic


1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese


1/4 cup breadcrumbs


1 egg


1 teaspoon kosher salt


1/2 teaspoon pepper 


1/4 cup milk


2 cups marinara sauce


2 cups grated mozzarella cheese


2 tablespoons chopped parsley



Preparation



Preheat oven to 350 degrees f and spray a 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and milk.

Form meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and place in prepared dish in a single layer.




Bake the meatballs for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meatballs are done. Drain off fat.




Pour marinara sauce over meatballs and sprinkle cheese over sauce.
